How We Evolved from an Idea to a Thriving Company

Our journey began with a bold vision and a clear mission — to create lasting impact through innovation. Along the way, we’ve grown through challenges, celebrated milestones, and built meaningful partnerships. 2005

Founded as Nhat Minh Quang Co., Ltd. (now Vivatory) with a mission to support coffee farmers and promote high-quality Vietnamese coffee.

2009

Rebranded as The Gioi Phan Phoi JSC to modernize F&B distribution and build a strong domestic supply chain.

2013 – 2015

Launched Viva Star Coffee franchise in 2013. In 2015, became Viva International to expand the brand globally.

2017

Expanded to over 150 outlets nationwide and launched Leo Palace to handle store design and construction.

2018–2024

Became the first Vietnamese coffee franchise to expand overseas, reaching over 330 stores in Asia, the Middle East, and the U.S. by 2024.
